The space

Downtown Hot Springs is actually located inside a national park. You will be surrounded by lush forests, old mountains & history. The natural beauty will give you the chance to relax, unwind, and recharge your batteries.
There's always something to do in Hot Springs. The beginning of the live horse season starts at Oaklawn Racetrack in January, culminating in the Arkansas Derby mid-April. The winner goes on to Belmont, the Kentucky Derby, & Preakness. Or visit the Casino there all year round. There's close-by
indoor & outdoor zip lines, horseback riding, crystal digging, activities on the lakes, rides & concerts at Magic Springs Amusement & the Water Park. There are the beautiful seasonal flower displays & holiday lights at Garvan Gardens, Blues & Jazz Fests, Bike Rallies, Corvette Weekend, free big band monthly concerts in Whittington Park, monthly Gallery Walks, on & on. So, it doesn’t matter if the ideal vacation is about spending peaceful time out in nature, or having a blast, because you can enjoy both in Hot Springs.

You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need from cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans, coffee machine, and much more, and a bar dining area for 4 people. There is one large bedroom with a generous king size bed. You will also have a good size bathroom, with tub/shower, and beautiful home decor.
To make sure that each of our guests enjoys a clean and fresh property, we don’t allow any pets inside the house. There are four steps to either the front or side doors. Street parking on front side close to front door. Plenty of parking on the property in the back for trailers, with motion night lighting in a safe neighborhood. Motorcycles welcome.
You can enjoy hikes up & around Hot Springs Mountain less than a mile out the front door.

Because of Arkansas's humid weather, bugs (flies, moths, ants, spiders, walking sticks, water bugs, mosquitoes, etc.) & wildlife such as skunks, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, squirrels, snakes, mice, &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly.
