About Owner

Meet JB Banning, the proud owner of Hot Springs Getaways and a man with a lifetime of stories and adventures to share. JB is the 7th of nine children, born into a hardworking family where his father was a master mechanic and his mother a devoted homemaker. These early roots instilled in him a strong work ethic and a love for family values.
JB married his high school sweetheart, Ann, and they shared 44 beautiful years together, raising a family of five, of which two members remain. His journey began with a successful career at Dunn & Bradstreet before venturing into entrepreneurship and ultimately becoming a prominent real estate investor.
When he’s not managing his business, JB embraces life to the fullest through his many passions. A lover of ballroom dancing, motorcycling, and traveling, he’s equally at home hunting and fishing or cruising the world. As a certified scuba diver and a true adventurer, JB dreams of diving in exotic destinations and visiting the mesmerizing butterfly house in Bali. A seasoned world traveler.
With a heart full of wanderlust and a zest for life, JB continues to inspire those around him while crafting the next chapter of his extraordinary journey.
