The space

Come and submerge in the unique Hot Springs atmosphere & of course the national park and its' famous waters. Imagine a cozy, coquette house ready to give you comfort and intimacy. Our beautifully decorated & fully furnished duplex is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation, secluded but within walking distance of downtown.
The kitchen has everything from cutlery, dinnerware, pots/ pans, coffee machine, toaster, smoothie maker, & much more. The bedroom has a generous king size bed and, in case there are 3 or 4 in your group, there is a bed in the living room sofa for additional sleeping space. There's a Smart TV in the bedroom as well. The bathroom comes supplied with your basic toiletry needs, plus then some. And then there's the fully supplied laundry area.
To make sure that each of our guests enjoys a clean and fresh property, we don’t allow any pets inside the house. There are four steps to either the front or side doors. Street parking on front side close to front door. Plenty of parking on the property in the back for trailers, with motion night lighting in a safe neighborhood. Motorcycles welcome.
You can enjoy hikes up & around Hot Springs Mountain less than a mile out the front door.

Because of Arkansas's humid weather, bugs (flies, moths, ants, spiders, walking sticks, water bugs, mosquitoes, etc.) & wildlife such as skunks, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, squirrels, snakes, mice, &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly.
