The space

This beautiful brick home, nestled in a quiet inlet with scenic views of the main channel, offers 5 spacious bedrooms, including a Twin over Full bunk bed in the kids' game room. The home is designed with upscale furnishings, soaring wood ceilings, and hardwood floors or tile throughout. A bridge walkway above the living room adds to the open and airy feel of the space.

The main-level "Main Suite" features a king-size bed and private exit doors leading to a deck with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. This romantic and elegant room is equipped with a 60" curved flat-screen TV, and beneath the television, you'll find a 9-foot color-changing electric fireplace. The large bathroom includes a spacious whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet/dressing room with built-in drawers.

The living room and kitchen are connected by a double-sided gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sleek granite countertops, a modern 4-door fridge, a double-sized kitchen island, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. There are two additional bars—one on the main level and one downstairs in the family room. The family room also offers a gas fireplace, a big screen TV with Alexa, a card table, and a recreation area with a basketball game and other games for the kids.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor firepit (decorative only; please no wood or s'mores), as well as private balconies, expansive wrap-around decks (mostly covered) with BBQ grills, and a boardwalk along the water’s edge. The property also boasts a fixed, covered boat dock and ample parking—2 car garage plus space for 4 to 6 cars in the driveway.

The game room offers additional seating with a full sleeper sofa. The home is located on a sloped front property with a level backyard, providing plenty of space for relaxation.

Please note, the nightly rate is based on 8 guests, with an additional charge of $21 per guest for each person beyond 8, up to a maximum of 15 guests. This property is not recommended for children under 8 due to the stairs and lake water access.

Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise arranged with the host.

Guest access

The drive way is steep. There are three levels of stairs for this property, inside and outside. We have storage areas that are locked, but otherwise enjoy the entire home.

We do offer kayak, canoe, paddle board and pontoon boat rentals during summer and spring season per your request prior to your check-in.

Other things to note

Because of Arkansas's humid weather & the property being in a country setting, wildlife such as deer, skunks, raccoons, armadillos, gophers, squirrels, snakes, mice, bugs (flies, moths, ants, spiders, walking sticks, water bugs, mosquitoes, etc.) &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly. At this property you may also see turtles, ducks, geese &/or heron.
