There is no fence at this property, however please advise if you are traveling with pets. There is a NON-refundable pet deposit of $99 dollars for up to 2 dogs. We love dogs (as we have 2: Patches- Hound, Little Man- Terrier), but please NO cats! No Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers are allowed. Please clean up your pets' poop.
The house is located right off Hwy 270 as you are heading to Lake Ouachita from town. Easy access to town & all sites to see & activities to do. Plenty of parking on this 5 acre property. Gideon's Ramp is only a short distance away to launch your boat or jet skis on Lake Hamilton. Lake Ouachita is also available less than 10 miles away.
You have access to the entire home & outside spaces, except the locked supply closet in the laundry area.

Because of Arkansas' humid weather & this property being in a country setting, wildlife such as deer, squirrels, mice, armadillos, gophers, raccoons, skunks, snakes, bugs (moths, flies, water bugs, spiders, ants, walking sticks, mosquitoes, &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Bugs may also come into the house, even tho we spray at least monthly.

No Glitter, Silly String, Gum, Glue, Stickers, Paints, Crayons, Permanent Markers, Candles, or Fireworks allowed inside or out. In addition, No Smoking & No Events are allowed in the house. If your group does not follow these admonishments, there is an Additional Cleaning Fee, Plus Damages, added to your bill! No Cats Allowed! Your pre-approved dog(s) are welcome, with a $99 non-refundable deposit. Please clean up their poop!
*Bunk Beds: Weight limit for top bunk is 150 lbs. Guests accept this warning notice and hold Host harmless for Any occurrences from the use of bunk beds at this property.
